Yes. While they are very strong, we advise against using your veneered teeth as tools (like opening bottles) or biting directly into extremely hard objects (like ice or hard candies).
If you are a heavy grinder, we will provide a custom-fitted nightguard to protect your veneers from extreme pressure and prevent them from chipping while you sleep.
